i stayed for a few nights. rachel greeted our coach with helpful information. she was efficient and friendly, definitely an asset. the hotel restaurant served plentiful, tasty breakfasts and one evening meal.
the hairdryer cable in the room was very short, so i had to sit on the floor to use it in front of the mirror.

The location was central to many city sights, making it easy to walk around.
The receptionist was NOT helpful when i inquired about parking. She seemed disinterested. The room i was initially assigned had a drainage issue in the shower, flooding the bathroom. I was moved to a different room, but it faced the main road and lacked air conditioning. The heat was UNBEARABLE.

The staff offered a warm welcome at check-in. The hotel created a relaxed atmosphere. The bed in the room was super comfortable. (I really appreciated that.)
Unfortunately, other guests were really noisy at night. The noise disturbed my sleep on one night. Rowdy behavior woke me up multiple times.
